    Default Unable to process order

Can someone help me with this...I tried to order using a Paypal account (this is a live store which I set up for a client) and I'm getting the error: We were not able to process your order. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (Shipping Address Country Empty)

Then it sends me in a loop to change my address then to Paypal over and over and never processes the order. The only thing I can think of is the name on the Paypal account is my company name, not my personal name but everyting else is identical - address with country. Any ideas how to fix this before the client runs into it too? Thanks, metoo

    What version of Zen Cart?
Which PayPal module are you using?

v1.3.7 had a few PayPal bugs.
Install the latest patch, and it should resolve that issue:

Note that v1.3.8a has been released and contains a large number of additional improvements.

Please note: you do not need both paypal modules active.

Thanks, that did the trick! It's processing fine now. One question...is it supposed to transfer the product information to Paypal as well? I'm getting a generic "item from XXX store" for everything - it's not a big issue as they can check to the cart for the items, but it would be nice if it showed up in Paypal too...Just wondering if there's something I can set for this. Thanks again for your help!

If you're using the IPN/WebsitePaymentsStandard module, you only get a generic contents message instead of line-by-line details.
