One 'buy now' button - others all cart boxes?

We have one product that has a 'buy now' button, when all others have a cart box - how do I get this 'buy now' to become the cart box like the others?

Additionally, where, or how, do I change the size of the cart box (I'd like it to be shorter) here:

I found the answer to the first problem - the 'buy now' button was created instead of the box when I listed that item! I did not have the correct box clicked:

Products Quantity Box Shows: Yes, Show Quantity Box No, Do not show Quantity Box

"Yes" shows the 'buy now', and "No" shows the cart box!

Still looking for a way to make the cart box on the product page a bit shorter though...
