Problems with Google Checkout

My problem with Google Checkout is that everytime the buyer clicks "Confirm the order" on my zen e-cart, it takes the buyer back to the shopping cart instead of taking him or her to the Google Checkout page where he or she could start paying for the goods.

Any help please..I am desperate.,

You need to update to the latest version if you are running 1.3.8, if you are using below 1.3.8 make sure you use the google version for that version. 1.3.8 version will not work with 1.3.7 or below.

I am having the same problem. I THINK I followed all the install and read me files correctly. Everything seems to be working but when a customer is on the last page for confirming an order (step3) it redirects back to the zen cart page, not google checkout.

TIA for anyone who can walk me through this as I have tried looking up the issue in the forums and elsewhere.

GoogleCheckout is designed to bypass your cart checkout. So you should see the button active on your shopping cart page when you have items in it, A buyer does not even have to log into your site, but Google will transfer the buyer's info back to you.
