Sales taxes

I set up my store to only charge sales tax if the Shipping address equals my State.

Well, it's collecting for the rest of the Union as well.

Are there other areas I need to change besides in Admin -> My Store?

Yes - You need to set up Zones Definitions, Classes and Rates. Admin>Locations/Taxes

Interesting enough I have done just that and the Status is still Red as if I did nothing. Red for Not Configured.

Is there someplace else that I need to touch?

Aha. My Zones aren't really in place. I imported my OSC DB into the Zen DB and everything looks in place in Admin but no zones.

What is the Contribution to use for different Zones, US 48, US Outlying Islands, Canada, International (all others) ?
