    red flag Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.

    I'm using Pro and I get that message when I get to Step2 of checkout:
    <i>Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time.</i>

    Under Payment Modules, PayPal Pro and Express are green and "processing".

    Zone definition, class, and rate are set up for California.

    Where is my problem? :)

    Do you have the payment zone for PayPal Pro and Express set to None, or to California?

    Firstly, ensure the zone is set to None. Test again to see if it your billing address which is affecting the checkout, or the module. If the PayPal module then appears, then it may be that you have the zone setup incorrectly, or your billing address is not included within the zone.

    That was dumb on my part. ;)

    Now I get the following message when I enter my credit card info:
    We were not able to process your order. Please select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (26 )

    Any ideas?

    The info used to create my customer account matches my credit card info.

    Do I have to upgrade to 1.3.8a?

    Currently, I only have the 3 API fields and "order status" is set to "Processing 2" on both.

    Please advise. ;)

    Which version of Zen do you have installed currenctly?

    THis thread http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81696 explains the updates in 1.,3.8a, which only affect a couple of files, so should be fairly easy to upgrade, if you have 1.3.8.

    I got "a" but the upgrade file does not say which files can be overwritten like you said. If it's only a fw files, that'll be easier than uploading all the files. Where can I find a list of the files to change?

    Not entirely correct.

    If you look in the /docs/ folder of *every* release of Zen Cart, you'll see an index.html file which will let you navigate the various documentation files, which include lists of changed files, new features, etc.

    Additionally, the list of changed files was included in the v1.3.8a announcement on the forum: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...780#post473780
