USPS Shipping APIs Activation

I now have my USPS Shipping APIs Activated.

Am I doing this correctly because there is still a warning that USPS is not working, yada yada contact us.

Enter the USPS Web Tools User ID
USPS API username

Your Username is XXXXXXXXXX
Your Password is OOOOOOOOO

Did you have USPS put your account on their Production server?

Yes Sir and am in production mode as well.

The URL you will use for the Production Server is:
Production.ShippingAPIs.com/ShippingAPI.dll

"yada yada" isn't a very descriptive indication of the problem.

The Emailed bug error I get is

Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server.

The customer sees a error message in the cart to the effect that the shipping method, USPS, is not working, contact the merchant.

Although I don't use USPS myself, previous Client installs tell me:

A. you don't need to enter you Username
B. your Password should be 12 characters

Double check and try again.

There is not a spot for password.

Since I completed defining all my zone it is working now.

How do I make sure that UPS is the default shipper and make that radio button lit?
