scrollbar=yes << incorrect
scrollbars=yes << correct
scrollbar=yes << incorrect
scrollbars=yes << correct
The Forum script seems to be doing a lot of misprints or you are leaving out coding.
Please copy & paste the code to avoid errors, including the correction.
Change
from: menubar= 0,resizable=1,width=780,height=590,toolbar=no
to: scrollbars=yes,menubar=0,resizable=1,toolbar=no,wi dth=780,height=590
** width is one word
for some reason its not letting me edit my post.. I used this code without the space in width:
<form>
<input type="submit" value=" View Template " onclick="window.open(\'http://www.andreanelsondesigns.com/boutique/ebayauctiontemplates/FlowerChildTemplate.html\',\'mywindow\',\'menubarscrollbars=yes,menubar=0,resiza ble=1,toolbar=no,width=780,height=590
\')">
</form>
If you look at the code I posted, you should be able to see where yours is different and make the corrections.
Also, the 'onclick' line needs to be all one line in code. In fact, you should make the whole "input" line as one line.
<form>
<input type="submit" value=" View Template " onclick="window.open(\'http://www.andreanelsondesigns.com/boutique/ebayauctiontemplates/FlowerChildTemplate.html\',\'mywindow\',\scrollbars=yes,menubar=0,resizable=1,to olbar=no,width=780,height=590
\')">
</form>
I have put everything in as it has changed.. Is this now correct?.. Its still not scrolling...
Now the link doesnt bring up anything at all and the button that you click on now says "submit query" instead of view template?
<form><input type="submit" value=" View Template " onclick="window.open(\'http://www.andreanelsondesigns.com/boutique/ebayauctiontemplates/FlowerChildTemplate.html\',\'mywindow\',\scrollbars=yes,menubar=0,resizable=1,to olbar=no,width=780,height=590
\')"></form>
A couple of things that I see -
1) I get a syntax error when viewing your page on line 152.
2) When you look at the code that you are trying to emulate - they use the following JS
If this is the effect you are looking for - you may look at going that way too.Code:<a href="URL"onclick="NewWindow(this.href,'name','875','545','yes');return false">
That's why I wondered why "type=button" wasn't working as it should have been correct. Change it back.
Also, you do not have the "input" line on one line. My editor tells me you put this on a seperate line:
\')"></form>
So it should be:
<form>
<input= ... > all one line
</form>
still nothing with this code:
<form>
<input type="button" value=" View Template " onclick="window.open(\'http://www.andreanelsondesigns.com/boutique/ebayauctiontemplates/FlowerChildTemplate.html\',\'mywindow\',\scrollbars=yes,menubar=0,resizable=1,to olbar=no,width=780,height=590')">
</form>
I made sure the <form> was on one line, then the input info, and then the </form>
Still not working?
