Installing the patch (from post 56) worked for me as well.
Considering the age of this thread, is zen-cart still under development? Will there ever be an official patch to fix this issue?

Excuse me DrByte.. but with all due respect, I think you mis-understood what I meant by my response.. (Perhaps because I was writing fast on the way to a meeting and didn't write out my full thoughts).. But to be CLEAR what I ACTUALLY meant is that this is NOT a dead project which I have said SEVERAL times in PLENTY of places ALL OVER this forum.. So I understand the public admonishment, but for goodness sakes it was a little on the HARSH side..

Sorry, you answered the question with "Nope.", making it pretty clear that you intended to convey a negative response to the question.
Hence the equally blunt correction to the incorrect statement.
No offence intended. Merely intending to ensure that incorrect information is not proliferated needlessly.

I maintain that my "intent" isn't as clear as you have indicated.. (Clearly not so given THIS response and my other follow-up response) Like I said, it was an honest mistake.. and NOT in step with any previous statements I have made on this forum when addressing similar comments/questions (for example as in the now dead Zen 2.0 thread)..

I am sorry to resurrect this subject, but I too have this 10413 error and have spent literally hours trying to fix it. I have tried the fix listed in post 36 of the known bugs but it does not fix it.
This section of one of the log files sums it up:

I have zen cart 1.3.8a, patch 1::, DB patch level: 1.3.8.
I have freeoptions and freeshipper activated but no other Shipping modules
I have PPEC (sandbox active) (Debug) active (rev 1.3.8a) and no other payment modules active.
And yes, Sub-total (ot_subtotal) is switched on.
I operate in the UK, so I need VAT switched on.
Any help would be most appreciated. I don't know how important it is to offer Paypal, but I have always operated on the principal of trying to remove any hurdles that customers face when trying to make a purchase. The lack of Paypal may be just such a hurdle.

Just got the same 10413 error. Everything works fine with orders under $1000.00. (which explains the reason why things have been working with previous orders.) But after having someone try an order over $1000 and with me doing numerous tests, I have found that the $1000+ is the problem.
I used Monsz fix and it seems to have fixed the problem. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...007#post863007
The 10413 error is resolved in v1.3.9a.
