application error 10501 - Invalid Configuration with PayPal

I am trying to setup my PayPal Website Payments Pro with Zen Cart and I am getting an error upon trying to check out.

10501 Invalid Configuration - This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

I have setup the PayPal Express Checkout and that seems to work just fine, however using the Website Payments Pro when trying to run a CC I get the above error. I've tried 3 different CC's and get it on each try, so I'm assuming I have something setup wrong.

I've followed the directions shown in the Zen Cart admin control panel, so I am assuming it may be something I am doing wrong on the PayPal side?

Anyone have any idea's, I'm finally lost as to what to try...

    Thanks in advance!

Have you signed up for the Website Payments Pro service at PayPal? Did you fill out an application form? Were you accepted? Did they give you confirmation that the service has been added to your account? Have you been informed of the new monthly fee and agreed to pay it?
If not, you can't use Website Payments Pro yet.
