Default Customer Log-in does not work in Firefox from my Mac

    Hello

We have found that users can not log-in to their account or new users create an account if they are using a Mac / Firefox in the latest 1.3.8a version of zencart. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Customer login does work with Mac and Zen Cart 1.3.8a. There must be something wrong with your site.

What do you mean by customers can't login? That they can't click on the login button; they can, but no page appears; the user can enter login information but gets an error message?

Which type of Mac, which OS, which version of Firefox?

Do you have a URL to the site?

Can you create an account or log in to (sorry, site offline) which is running Zen Cart 1.3.8a and works fine from my Mac.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think there may be a problem with the site, but I don't know what it could be. The login now no longer works with Safari either.

I had set up a new test site to configure Website Payment Pro, and all worked well using Safari. I set up a test product, payment went through as expected, all good. However, on Firefox when a customer is asked to login, the login page simply re-loads and doesn't log the user in. Anyway, it worked on Safari, so I persevered and made some additional changes to the login page. However, the problem now happens with Safari too.

I think it's trying to get to the shipping page, but then slips back to the login page. The URL is https://www.moreonthedoor.com/store/ I have set up a test product with a value of 0.01.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

Do you have a test customer set up? If so, what are the access details?

I appear to have rectified the problem... The Paypal Express payment module had somehow fallen off my list of installed payment modules. It wasn't disabled/switched off/misconfigured, it was missing.

I removed all PayPal payment modules and then re-installed. All ok. Very strange. Is there anything I could have done to cause this?
