VAT not calculating right for me?

Hi all,

I've installed Paypal, and when I try to complete a payment, I get this error:
10413
Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional
error messages for details. - The totals of the cart item amounts do not
match order amounts.

Now, I found this:

I found this:
Sub-Total: €29.42
Shipping: €0.10
VAT: €4.70 (which is incorrect! --> 19% VAT 29.42 + 0.10 = 29.52 --> *0.19 (19%) = 5.61)

Total: €29.52 (VAT not included...)

So, my tax/VAT is being calculated incorrectly, and it is not added to the total amount. This is (probably) why I get the error:
"The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.".

Any ideas on how to fix this?
By the way, I'm using ZenCart 1.3.8.

Well... the tax is calculated correctly...

29.42 is the price including TAX...

I will transfer this thread to the PayPal section. I'll post a link here when the awser is clear, for those experiencing the same problem.
