Cross Sell and 1.3.8?

Does anybody know if this is working yet? I read on a couple of posts that the original cross sell does not work with 1.3.8 yet. I don't want to do my sql patch until I know. I don't even know if it will do anything if I did do my sql patch anyways. Newbie.

The one that yellow1912 has developed is really good and works on version 1.3.8

I'm using cross-sell version 1.3.0 by Merlin and Dr. Byte, with ZC 1.3.8a, no problems. I don't see that version available for download any more. I'd go with the current version, it should work.
