    Default Error (7)

    I'm a newbie here. I'm running 1.3.8a and have successfully been processing payments via PayPal IPN.

    We recently upgraded to Webpayments Pro Payflow (UK).

    Payment using Express Checkout appears to be fine but when customers attempt to pay via Pro they get the following message when they've submitted their card details:

    "We were not able to process your order. Please select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (7 )"

    Has anyone had a similar problem and found a resolution?

    I read through the Maestro thread, implemented the changes and guess what...it works.

    This seems to be more and more of a common problem, are you looking into making changes to the next release?

    No, we generally ignore any reports of things being difficult or confusing or broken ... keeps forum post counts up so we can spend our time giving the same answers over and over again ...
