Move search bar under header

Hi! I have been having trouble trying to figure out how to put a search bar underneath my banner, where it currently says "Spawn/Substrate Bags". Also, I would like to remove the bar above my banner that includes the links, Home and Login. Here is a link to my site. I appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks!

You probably have a tpl_header.php file in includes/templates/sophybluegr/common but if not can put a copy there.

Edit this file and most blocks can be moved higher or lower in the order and begin with BOF and end with EOF

How would one go about adjusting the search form to sit on the bottom of the header?
