The Export Email Address addon by DrByte seemed an easy enough mod for my first attempt making an alteration to my ZenCart but it seems I have failed. How can I correct this? I followed the instruction perfectly as best I can tell.
Thank you for assistance.
The mod shows in Tools but takes me to a page that reads:
Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Hey,
trying to install this thing, mine didn't really tell me where to put the file, I assumed that I put it in /admin/includes/extra_datafiles/email_export.php however when I do I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class base in /var/www/vhosts/prowhiteteeth.com/httpdocs/includes/classes/class.base.php on line 17
Please help?

You probably put the wrong files in the wrong folders then.
When you download the zip file and unzip it, there should be several folders inside the unzipped contents.
Those folders correspond with folders on your website.
ie: admin goes to admin
includes goes to includes
languages goes to languages
and so on
You'll need to put the right files in the right places in order for it to work..
