Protx Form not working...

I just found out from a client they are having troubles with PROTX on there site and upon further investigation in various places I read that PROTX has upgraded there system

Now my client is using Protx Form via zencart and does this mean the module we use needs to be upgraded? I tried an order tonight and it said the bank couldnt authorise my card and the site is live and the card was a true card.

I also looked on this forum and could only find one protx form module and the upgrade is £50.. is that the correct and only one?


( and my client just binned any emails that may have come from PROTX about the changes .... which would have been last year! )

Yes, ProTX did upgrade their system. And yes the £50 upgrade does work. I currentloy have 5 sites running the same module successfully.

Absolute - do any of your stores have tax applied to products priced by attributes ie with main price at 0? I can't get any tax showing on the protx page although the tax inclusive price shows in the store. As soon as I put a figure in the main price then it calculates vat on that element only on the protx page so something is adrift....

...should also add that the total price in protx is correct so it's just the vat element display that is missing.

Just to let you know, Conor has addressed these issues and will update the module on his site accordingly.
