Simple SEO URL (OLD version) [support thread]

Hi yellow,
Since I installed SSU, I am facing a problem. When on any product page, "Add to Cart" button is clicked, it takes me to the main page without adding the product to the cart and a message is shown saying "Your Shopping Cart is empty.". What is strange is that the shopping cart works perfectly sometimes but other times no products are added to the cart.

Your server is not php5, it is php4, you have 2 options:
1. upgrade to php5(on many servers, this is as simple as turning a switch)
2. if you are using 2.9.6 or 2.9.7, they are php4 compatible, but several changes must be made (renaming several files), let me dig up the instruction, must be somewhere.

You usually can not find it with ftp, try this test:

Could you confirm; is Ultimate SEO working okay with EZ-PAGES ?

For example;

"index.php?main_page=page&id=2" are changing to "page.html?id=2" but is it possible for these to change to the EZ-Page names.

Got the instructions now: (assuming you are using 2.9.x)

In the original unzipped package, go to includes/classes/ssu/languages and includes/init_includes/

Rename all files that have the extension .php to .php5, all files that have extension .php4 to .php

Upload those.

Well, when I disable SSU, then this problem does not occur. So it's confirmed that SSU is causing this problem. Is anyone else facing the same problem?
