I just went live with my store and I have a customer who is having password trouble. She had items in her cart, logged out, and tried to log back in but received a message stating her email address wasn't being recognized.
She clicked on 'forgot password' but did not receive an email with a new password.
Is this email automatically generated or should I have set it up somewhere? I can't seem to find anyplace to do so.
I tried to get a new password email generated using my own email address and didn't receive anything either, so I must have something set up wrong somewhere but I cannot figure out what. And I cannot find anyplace to reset the customer's password from my end.
I'd appreciate any help you can give me!
