Default URL shows ip address instead of domain name

I suspect my issue was created because originally I set up the site and store on my server before changing the dns pointers for the domain, so I was accessing the site via it's ip address. Now that the dns pointers have been changed, when I go to the store: http://www.diamondsinthereef.com/store, and click on anything that takes me within the store, the URL changes to the ip address rather than the domain name.

How can I change it so the domain name displays in the URL?
    thank you in advance,
    Michael

    Check both configure.php files i.e.
    /includes/configure.php
    and
    /admin/includes/configure.php
BACK UP BOTH FILES BEFORE ALTERING

Thank you. I had looked at these files, but only locally, not on the server. To make the change I had to ftp to the server, change permissions to allow write, make the change, and change the permissions back to read only.

    Thank you again!

First, thanks for all the help everyone on this board provides. I did the very same install as above, in an IP address and then assigned my domain name to the IP address. When clicking on any link in the store it shows the IP addy not the domain name. I too mucked up my configure.php files. I did have backups but then edited and saved and edited and saved until the backups were just as messed up as the regular version. I did another temporary install in a parallel folder to my "store" folder. Ftp'd down the two configure.php files and changed the database name, password, user in them to the actual ones that have the real store data. I also changed the name of the temporary install folder to the actual store folder in my configure.php files. I am getting the screen
