    Default whats the best way to update the prices of my items?

    right its now 2008 and with the dreaded inflation happening all the prices of my items have all changed.

    i was wondering whats the best way to update the prices of my items?? is there a way inwhich i can download my products to a spead sheet or something then change the prices and upload the sheet back to the site and it will update??

    or easy populaste mod help me with this, ive not installed this mod or used it before or not really know what it does or anything.

    i know i can use my price thing in the admin, but i have 500 plus items so might take for ever to update!! just wondering if there is a quicker way?? ie some of my suppliers supply me with a excell price list sheet so is there anyway i can use that??

    If you're comfortable with mySQL, you might be able to do it that way. Check this thread for details.

    yeah i did this last year when i was told to raise prices by 5% for roman showers, but this year its not a set price increase ie some items that cost £1 now cost either £1.25 or £1.50 there no set increase by percent or price

    tell me about it! 456 items all need checking and prices adjusted!! even worse is that some even need there atributes changing as well ie +£2 for silver Grrrrrrrr
