Config.php

Hi,

I have a rather strange problem,

I have downloaded 1.3.7 full patched.

However when I install it there is no config.php file in includes/

There is only dist-config.php

Do I need to change this to config.php so I can set the permissions?

Yes, one in includes and one in admin/includes
