Customer's seeing other users' data in forms

Hi,

We've had several reports from customers that they are seeing other customers' information pre-filling their forms when they try to order.

"Unfortunately, during the check-out process at the point of entering my credit card info there was another person's name, Robert LASTNAME's, in the field."

Any idea what could be causing this?

When it appears that other peoples data is populating some forms there are a couple of things you should check.

1) Is the person using a shared computer. (either at home or a public space computer)

2) If you are on a shared server,
2a) Are you using files to store sessions, and if so what is the directory that is set to store session (defined in your includes/configure.php)

No, not on a shared computer.

The site is on a dedicated machine, and define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'db');

Is there anything else it could be?

We're also getting emails from customers through Zen Cart but with the wrong "From" info.

I have the Recreate Sessions setting set to True.

Is there anything else I can do?
