Im getting this message when I try to create my own account on my site.

Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport.

Did you set your e-mail Options
if not then goto
admin/configuration/E-Mail Options
Its asking you about the first line
E-Mail Transport Method
you need find out which one you need to use, contact your host provider or your admin if you do not know

I get this same issue, but everything is configured correctly and is working already. This issue appears when changing the status on the edit orders page. The normal orders page does not have this same issue. Has anyone else seen this issue?

I had the same problem on the Contact Us page, got the error when I submitted the page.

I had entered the emails for the dropdown as [email protected]. [email protected] etc etc

Should have been Email 1 <[email protected]>, Email 2 <[email protected]> etc etc

Same problem, with dropdown you mean configuration - > e mail settings ?
