Can't log in anymore, can't delete admin -- after server IP change

Strange things have been happening lately with my site. First, our host changed the site's IP. After we made all the nameserver corrections, site was acting weird, sometime it came up, sometime it didn't Host found out their DNS zone was still using the old IP for nameserver 2 (ns1 and ns2).

Now I can't login to my zencart admin, with neither one of my login IDs! Here's the error message I get "Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home/starting/public_html/store/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 61"

I searched on these forums and tried to run this SQL query: DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin';DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin';DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin';

phpMyAdmin gives me this error:

Probably you will have to wait a while, upto 48 hours for the propagation process to complete.

Question your host: why did they change your ips, did they make some other changes? I would be so pissed off if my host ever does that to me.

I don't think propagation has much to do with my inability to login as admin, or to make changes to phpMyAdmin - but then again, I could be wrong.

Do you see your database listed when you go into phpMyAdmin?

Check that your settings in admin/includes/configure.php and includes/configure.php are pointing to the right places.

What would the right places be? I'm a little confused.

I looked into both those files and, strange enough, the pwd for the db seems strange, i never set this one to this: yz3Wx***jUM2

update:

ok, i used zen as prefix and the sql command ran ok (followed instructions here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=2). I went and used Admin admin and still nothing! I still get this "Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home/starting/public_html/store/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 61"

When I go to that file, line 61 says "$total = $db->Execute($qid);"

When I click on the link "resend password" it says "Sorry, your security clearance does not allow you to access this resource.

Please contact your site administrator if you believe this to be incorrect.

Sorry for any inconvenience."

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
What version of PHP is on your server?

Your reported symptoms suggest that you're using old code not compatible with PHP5 running on a PHP5 server.

zen version (according to fantastico, cause I don't know another way how to check it): 1.3.0.2
