Linkpoint error message: Invalid XML

Thank you for helping me fix the connection problem with Linkpoint.
The curl is working fine.
Now I have a new problem for a change.

None of the orders could go through with Linkpoint and we receive this error message in the results section:
[r_error] => SGS-020003: Invalid XML
I have no idea where to even start to figure out what is the cause of this message.
I attached the whole email, but blocket out the sensitive information.
Would you please help me figure out the problem.

We use only Paypal API and Linkpoint.
All others are blocked.

What shipping method was used on this order?
If you're using some sort of free shipping, what happens if you charge for shipping? Does the error still occur?

We use free shipping.
We deliver the custom designs with email.
I will put the flat rate in for this item and come back with the result.

The weight of this item is 0, so UPS and USPS will not show up in the checkout process.
I put flat rate shipping in ZenCart.
Only Free Shipping is available for this item in the shopping cart.
I made an order.
It went through.
I don't know what our customers did differently to trigger the error.
There are only two of them tried to pay in this cart yet.
I will try to get the information from them, if I can.

I have been getting the same error, and I did NOT have the low order fee module installed, let alone enabled.

I am going to go ahead and try the files in the link you gave to see if this helps with the error.

Note: I am using only Paypal and Linkpoint, do not do free shipping, although I do have Gift Certificates (virtual products), and PDFs (non-virtual, zero weight products).

That file did not help me at all.....

I still am getting that same XML error.....

Any other of things that might help?
