help question [HELP] mysql update to fix special characters lost on host switch

Hi - when i switched hosts the database must have been a different character support

i now have a bunch of products where in the product description has replace special characters with a '?'

here is what i need to do

    - run a mysql operation via phpadmin that does the following

    in the product title

    1) replaces 'FTD?' with 'FTDŽ'
    2) replaces '?' with '™'

    > what command can i run via phpadmin to accomplish this?
