    Default DHTML Menu?

How do i add a dhtml menu to the website? which file should i change and what should i add?

Im using Sothink DHTML Menu.. It publishes a js file and then i have to add a few lines to the <head> and <body> part of the template.. Could you please specify which part of it that i should add it to?

Thank you so much in advance

EDIT: How can you put a picture at the my account page because it seems dull without one.. Thanks

An easier and better solution would be to install this mod.

There are a number of possible ways to add an image to my account page . Which is appropriate for you would depend on where you wanted to add it, how large it would be, whether it would be in the foreground or background, and whether you wanted it to be interactive or not.

what about the harder solution? because i want a complex design.. the css is very basic... the dhtml looks very straight forward tho.. just add a couple of lines to <head> and <body> and then link it to the js.. but i don't really know how to do it.. like which files to put it at and all dat

i just want it to be next to the "My Accounts" phrase and at the "Email Notification" phrase.

    Thanks in advance

In the docs folder of your Zen Cart release package there's a readme file about how to load javascript in Zen Cart (this is the equivalent of placing an entry in the head tag in a static application).

The bit you would place in the body will probably need to go into your template's common/tpl_header.php file, and there's likely to be things in there that you may wish to remove or disable.

To add icons to the titles on the My Account page I recommend finding those titles entries in your includes/languages/YOUR_LANGUAGE/account.php that define the text for these titles and add IMG tags which point to your icons directly in there. That way the titles and icons will always be displayed together.

An alternative would be to insert the IMG tags into your template's templates/tpl_account_default.php file.

Im against the idea of using js for the menu. What if the users have js turned off? Remember your menu is super important.

Most menu styles can be achieved using css.
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

I concur. This lay behind my use of "better" in post #2. Javascript menus were cool when we could do this any other way. But now that we can do them with CSS, that seems a far superior approach to me also.
