    Default Disclaimer Checkbox

I'd like to be able to type in a few lines of text for a disclaimer before someone adds an item to their shopping cart. I'm having issues getting it to look at all correct. I would like it to look something like this:

    Disclaimer:

"A couple of lines of text discribing the disclaimer and what they are agreeing to"

"Checkbox" I agree to the above stated disclaimer.

    Any help would be great.

Checkboxes, at this time, do not have a way to force a response from the customer ...

Radio buttons on the other hand, can have a forced selection ...

    Option Name: Disclaimer
    Option Values: Indicate your agreement
    Default: YES
    Sort Order: 0
    Display Only: YES

    Option Values: I Agree
    Default: NO
    Sort Order: 10
    Display Only: NO

Option Values: I Do NOT Agree
    Default: NO
    Sort Order: 20
    Display Only: NO

Now the customer must select YES or NO or they cannot add the Product to the cart ...

There are a few issues I've found with going about this method.

The indication of your agreement has a radio button next to it. It looks wrong and out of place. Also it seems I'm limited to only 64 characters here. Honestly, it just doesn't look right.

I have found a method that seems to work better, but still has issues.

    Option Name/Type: Agreement/Read Only
    Sort: 0
Value: Your Agreement(limited to 64 characters. Can I change this???)
You can use the default settings for everything else.

    Option Name/Type: Disclaimer/Radio
    Sort: 10
    Value1: I Agree
    Sort: 0
    Display Only: No
    Default: Yes
    Value2: I Do NOT Agree
    Sort: 10
    Display Only: Yes
    Default: No

This makes it so I agree is the default. If you keep it that way, you can proceed to checkout. If you change it to "I do NOT Agree" you get an error which is basically what I/someone would want.

Issues: It's ugly and you are limited to 64 character when typing in your agreement. I've found a way around this by counting off 60 characters then making a new option value and adding the rest of your text there. Not the best way to do things, but it works. I'd imagine an issue where a someone runs lower resolution than you, the 60 character per line rule could be null and void and your agreement will look ugly again. The other issue is you have two headers. One is "Agreement" and the other "Disclaimer". Kind of redudant and silly. Anyway to get rid of one?

I played around with this a bit more. I think the easiest way I can see is to make numerous bullet point statements.

    Sample: http://njtrophy.info/zencart/index.p...&products_id=3

I'm just having an issue having "Yes, I do" show up as the first position. I have the sort setup. I must be doing something wrong...
