Missing Menu in my admin?

I think I'm groaning harder about asking this than you guys are.

When I go to ....storefront/admin/ I had *thought* previously it had dark green menus along the top. I don't have any menus now, it's a pretty useless (for now) page of statistics and pendings, etc.

WAS there a menu bar that is now gone? If there wasn't, where is it? Going into that admin directory was the only way I knew how to get to configurations and all that fun stuff.

And my book is on order!

Yes, it should have a Navigation menu with a green background.

If it was working and you didn't change anything, check with your Hoster to see if they made changes they didn't tell you about.

No, I've added no modules yet. I wanted to get comfortable with the interface before starting to make changes to it. Perhaps I should delete the whole thing and start from scratch?

There's just a blank spot up where the menus were. And I don't think my hoster would care enough about me to be making changes to my account, y'know?

I did, and now have no menu.
