I would recommend that you use the HTML editor that came with Zencart, that would require you to have a bit of HTML coding knowledge because, the editor is a what you see is what you get but however their are some table settings you might have to change in the HTML code because the editor doesn't allow you to adjust the table size, so you will need to set the table sizes to a fix setting in the HTML code.

that i the image code (using text)

the path is :

store/bmz_cache/a/a14a33e417f6a50de25aa9223e95e24e.image.550x550.jpg

is this what you want?the problem is.. when I use my store email, I got the images but it wont showed to yahoo or gmail email

oh some of my customers who are using outlook program, got the images.. but those who are not, didnt get any.. this is strange

You can create these as html but can not control how another might receive them.

Did they select html when signing up?
Does their mail client support html?
Do they block images?
many things outside of your control
