I need to add TERMS checkbox

I need to add a disclaimer/terms page. I have the page designed, but do not know how to make a checkbox where the user must check the box in order to proceed to the checkout.

Unless you created this page in Zen Cart you might have wasted a bit of time
admin > tools > Define Pages Editor > define_conditions > I think


Admin > config > regulations > Confirm Terms and Conditions During Checkout Procedure > set to true

Hi, this sorted out my problem too but is there a way to make the terms & conditions show near the bottom of the payment page? At present the default seems to be right at the top above billing address which is not ideal for us.
Is not a major thing but if anyone knows how to change this round please let me know.

Locate the tpl file for the page you are talking about and then the code for the terms agreement - you can then re-order(move) it to the location you want
