    I have the same problem as cablesimple... 1.3.8a... www.kmstools.com and I can't duplicate the problem =(

    It looks like a couple seperate problems. sometimes I get the order but with no credit card info. sometimes I get the order but with 2 of the 3 addresses missing, and the international shipping rate quoted.

    Hopefully I can get a test server together again so I can experiment again and try to make it work.

    OK. FYI, found the problem. I had a registry mod installed and the registry was signing people up for accounts but not adding a billing or shipping address.

    Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same problem. The registry fix only half-solved things - were then getting fewer orders without credit card information.

    We've since moved to a real payment gateway - Beanstream - and so when the problem happens, we just aren't able to process the transaction.

    Any thoughts, anyone?

    Will compare checkout payment php files to look for errors there.

    I have experience the same error as the OP. My shopping cart works fine most of the time, but I just got one order with no credit card info. When I visit the "Orders" link and double click on the order, it shows Payment Method: Credit Card. But no details. The email with the digits was not sent.

    Is it possible that an email sending issue would prevent the rest of the details from being saved, and not stop the order? That would suggest an error reporting problem.

    Otherwise, I wonder if it's a session problem like mentioned earlier in the thread, but that was an IIS system and I am using LAMP.
