    Default White pages

I'm running a frest install of 1.3.8a and using a modified classic template. I have assigned manufacturers and most of them are working but on some I get a white page. It does depend on how I get to the page on some manufacturers but on one in particular I can't get it to show up at all. I've looked in the forum for an answer and can't find it. All seems fine in the zen cart itself. Can't find the problem.

The link to the store is http://scrapperszone.com/store and the manufacturer that I can't get to show up at all is Jayden's mama. Acorn Designs won't show up through the man. list but does through the category designers.

Thanks for any help you can give me! I'm not a html genius so i hope its an easy fix.

You have the same problem as is being reported here. Could you install the debug utility referenced at the (current) end of that thread, and then post the error message that it reports.

What happens if you switch to Classic Template for a minute? Does this fix it?

What have you used to edit any files? Please use a plain text editor.

Can you take a look at the your header.php file using a plain text editor as Kim suggests and see whether there are any spaces at the end after the final ?>. You may have to put your cursor there and use the arrows keys to see, as they may be invisible.

Your file should start with the <?php. The stuff before it is corruption and should be deleted. The big question is how it got there.

What editor are you using? How do you move files from your local development machine to your server?

There were no spaces at the very end. I deleted everything after the final > and overwrote the old file. Still having problems.

I was using Web Expressions to alter files. I had a helper doing the mods to this particular file to install the limited access in zen module. I don't know what she was using.

Yes, that file starts that way. I drag the files from computer to server using filezilla. Does this answer the question? Not sure what local development machine is....

Thanks so much for helping me with this problem.
