Quick question: Why can't this button align with the text or email field?

Does anyone know why the "subscribe" button cannot align with the email field? My website is http://www.dealbyethan.com.

Hi, firstly that's a really nice looking site, congratulations.

I had a quick look at the html and you have no styling on the button itself so it simply left aligns.

Locate the code for the button and add

style="margin-left: 168px;"

the example is listed below on the html generated by your site.

Thanks for your suggestion. I don't think that's the problem because there are more buttons that aren't aligned with the text, i.e. they are at slightly higher position. Is it to do with the css button code? I can't seem to locate it.
