Default How do I move the qty box/buy now button etc to its own column in product listing?

    Hi All,

I'm attempting to modify the products listing layout.

Essentially, I want to relocate the qty box, buy now button, more info link etc etc to its own column immediately to the RIGHT of the price column (instead of directly below it). I've overridden the products_listing module, but i'm having a hell of a time trying to work out how to affect what I would assume would be an easy change....

    Can someone offer some insight?

    Thanks

You set the column number in admin-> configuration-> product listing.

For instance, if you want the add to cart box to appear in the fourth column you would set "Display Product Price/Add to Cart" to 4.

If yours is wrapping to the next line, it is probably because you have more columns active then there is room for on one line.

just a followup on my last: The price and the add to cart box are married together and will appear in the same column (unless forced to wrap as explained earlier).

I don't want them in the same col though...i'm trying to determine how to break them appart so they sit in 2 distinct columns....

    so literally it is

    Price [col] add to cart

    instead of

    Price
    add to cart

You are gonna have to custom code this...

See tpl_modules_product_listing.php and alter the add to cart insertion.
And the array creater in modules/product_listing.php
