Add all categories & sub categories to browser title

Where/how can I change the title so that when you are viewing a product say 3 levels deep it shows the main category, sub category then the selected category?

By default it just shows the selected category and I would really like the browser title to show the categories and sub categories as well - it would be much more meaningful!

Are you referring to "breadcrumbs"... ?

If so, there is a setting in admin to switch these on and off.

No, the browser title - It just displays the selected category, which could be 3 or 4 categories deep from the root. This doesn't give a very descriptive page title as it only shows the selected. It would make more sense if I could have it display the main category, then the sub category, then the selected sub category again.

So I want the browser title to display similar text to the entire path of the breadrumbs - how can I do this?

e.g.
main cat 1
main cat 2
main cat 3
--sub cat 1
--sub cat 2
----sub sub cat 1
----sub sub cat 2
--sub cat 3


if you are looking at products in sub sub cat 2 then it only displays the text for that category in the browser title. This text is usually something fairly meaningless like "32mm"

Instead I want to display something like :
main cat 3, sub cat 2, sub sub cat 2

which might translate to :

Carbs, Weber, 32mm

So similar to breadcrumbs, but wokring these into the title.

Adapt the code that builds the Breadcrumbs to be used in the Meta Tags.
