I am trying to setup a cart with a terms and conditions checkbox and Google Checkout. I am ending up with one or the other however.

The Google Checkout option displays on the first page of the checkout process (before the terms and conditions checkbox - page 3). If I do normal checkout, and get to page 3, then Google Checkout is not a payment option. Since this is the only payment module installed, it actually gives me no options to checkout.


Please help me find a way to have a terms and conditions checkbox with Google Checkout. Thanks
