Payment Pro on Multiple Sites?

We current have 1 [retail] site using Paypal Website Payments Pro and are working on setting up a second [wholesale, with different products/prices] and maybe a third site depending on the how the second one works out.

My question is, are there any issues with linking the paypal payment pro account with multiple sites? Specifically with the Instant Payment Notification Preferences (IPN settings) that are setup in your paypal account.
I.E.,
http://www.yoursite.com/cart/ipn_main_handler.php

And if there are issues, is there any known work-a-rounds or solutions?

I am running multiple sites from a single paypal account (non pro), using standard and express payments.

If I upgrade to paypal pro, will I still be able to do so?

If you mean Website Payments Pro, I asked Paypal support that question and got this reply:

"You can use the pro on multiple sites, and you can add more than one bank account to your paypal account, they just can't exist on another paypal account."

You can only tell PayPal about one site. But, Express Checkout and Website Payments Pro automatically tell PayPal the return URL and override your account setting when you submit each transaction. So, just pick an address. Any valid one will be fine.
