Can't Change color of Tag Line! HELP

I have tried to change the color of the font of my store name / tag line "Jaylyn's Sensual Solutions". Will not change from grey. I changed the hex color code and font size in the style sheet under tagline section. Size changed, color did not. Any ideas? My page is at www.jaylyns.com. Thanks for any help.

	}

Or you can affect only the tagline with:

#tagline h1 {
	color: #000000;
	}
