move logo and sales message display

hi,

on the classic template:

i switched code around in the tpl_header and got the nav section above the ezlink section, but the logo and sales message still display below both of those.

How do i move the logo and sales message to display at the top of the page (which would now be in the nav section)??? i tried using the margin-top: but it just moves it inside its current location... i need to move it into the top nav section.
