Get rid of Free Shipping during checkout

I am in the home stretch of setting up my first Zen Cart ever. Wow I have learned so much these last few days...

My cart is for a yoga studio where the products are classes that people register and pay for.

I have all my products set up as Virtual and I checked Yes, Always Free Shipping.

Everything seems to be working fine (i.e. it doesn't ask for shipping info or try to charge anyone for shipping) BUT in the checkout process Free Shipping: $0.00 appears.

Can I just make that go away so there is NO reference to shipping at all? I tried keeping the product Virtual but saying No, regular shipping rules apply but it didn't change anything.

Any tips? This isn't a deal-breaker. I don't think anyone's going to die if they see Free Shipping $0.00 in their cart, but I would like to get rid of it if possible.

Virtual Products do not use Shipping ...

Always Free Shipping do use Shipping ... Free Shipping freeshipper

Marking your Products as both is causing the Shipping to show and being Always Free Shipping could cause issues and it would be best on Virtual Products to only mark them as Virtual Products and not as both Virtual Products and Always Free Shipping ...

Virtual Products will automatically skip the checkout_shipping page ...

Always Free Shipping will show the checkout_shipping page ...

You could leave it as it is and you will see the Free Shipping $0.00 ...

You could change the text on Free Shipping ... but you would still see the $0.00 ...

You can remove the Order Totals module for Shipping ot_shipping ... and you would not see that line in the Order Total details ...

Thanks, that all makes sense, but...

I went into one of my products and changed it so that Virtual is YES and Always Free Shipping is NO.

Then I attempted to check out with just that product in my cart but it STILL shows the Free Shipping: $0.00

So I guess I'm still confused...

That is what I just said ...

You will still see the:
Free Shipping $0.00

and can change the text if you like ... and if you changed:
Free Shipping

to read:
No charge for you!!

you would see:
No charge for you!! $0.00

Or, you can remove the Order Total module for Shipping ot_shipping and you will not see the detail line at all ...

In theory, this should not affect anything on a shop not using Shipping ever ... the display panel on the Order reads
Shipping Method: f

if you remove the Order Total module for Shipping ot_shipping

However ... you could leave that installed and comment out the output and then it would store Free Shipping in the database and then it would read:
Shipping Method: Free Shipping

on the order but not show on the checkout ...

My suggestion is leave it alone and let it read Free Shipping ... or comment the output out in ot_shipping.php module:
