"subscribe" showing up in titel bar and on main page - help!

I added the newsletter subscription mod recently, and when I did, suddenly the word "subscribe" showed up in the title bar, before my site's actual title, and also on the index page in the main body (see here: http://www.littleturtleknits.com/zencart) I've tried everything I can think of to get rid of it, to no avail. Help, please!!
