Gift Certificate Redemption Option not showing on Payment page

Hi there,

I just installed the Gift Certificate module and successfuly setup a gift certificate product.

In the tutorial I followed (from the Zen Cart website), it mentioned that customers will be given an option to redeem a gift certificate by entering the redemption code on the Payment page when finalising their purchase.

I am testing this, and I am not seeing anywhere for the customer to enter a gift certificate code during the checkout process.

I am running Zen Cart 1.3.8a, no addons or anything special. I have searched this forum for an answer and haven't found anything relevant.

Edit: nevermind, the problem resolved itself - I had to logout and log back in on my shop account.

Also realised that a customer needs to have a certificate available for redemption before the option will show up in the checkout area.

This is true that Gift Certificates, like many things in Zen Cart, will not show until something exists to make the display worth being there for the customer to see ...
