How to check where your customers are coming from?

Is there a way to set up where you can see how customers got to your site? I'd like to know how (the few) customers I get, how are they finding the site? (from ebay about me page, from organic search engine querys, direct type the address?) Is there a mod or a setting I've not found?

Is there also a way to keep track of the different ip's that hit your site? That would help separate the robots from the people...
