Listing order problems...

Thanks in advance...

In this store category:

http://www.visitkinderhaustoys.com/s...products_id=14

But on this page, check out the "next" button. It goes to "Froebel Gift #10" instead of "Froebel Gift #2", so it is obviously sorting by name, instead of sort order. This is a client's site, and she's done the sorting correctly.

I have designated the default order to be by sort order, in configuration/all listing/Display Product Display - Default Sort Order.

Does anyone know what I've missed here?

Each Listing has its own sort order ...

Did you check the setting on the Configuration ... Product Info ...

Previous Next - Sort Order
Products Display Order by
0= Product ID
1= Product Name
2= Model
3= Price, Product Name
4= Price, Model
5= Product Name, Model
6= Product Sort Order
