HTMl not working when listing items

In the product description when i try to use the Html editor its not there and anything i add to the description that is in Html doesn't show up either..

i went to the my store and turned the Htmlarea on but i can't seem to get it to work what could be causing this??

Also i didn't add the auction product type so if that might mess that up let me know what i need to try..

All of the listings strip the HTML out of the products_description as only part of the Products description is displayed and to leave part of the HTML in the product description would result in all kinds of errors on the output ...

Well i tryed a few codes and it didn't work either.. This website is a Subdomain in a way. Does that matter??

You won't be able to get any HTML to show in the listings unless you change the code's default behavior. Search the forum for zen_clean_html to find descriptions of this process.

If you do this, it will be up to you to keep all HTML from extending beyond the truncation point. If that happens, it will break your page.

i changed it in the My Store section to the Html area and it doesn't work

That will never make it do what you want. You need to change the PHP code as noted above.

And you don't need an HTML editor to put HTML into a description (as long as you actually know HTML).
