Wanted to also ask, if you happen to know off-hand, what version it was when SEFU was OFF by default. Wasn't till v1.3.5 when I came along and these earlier versions (pre 1.3.0) seem to be a lot different.
Speaking of which, since I'm asking about previous versions, what version was it that DIV was used for Header & Footer with Main Content being within a Table?

It's always been OFF by default.
It was disabled as an available menu selection, starting with v1.3.0..
