Gift Certificates and Shipping

I have my gift cert product all configured and looking great on the site. The problem is when I add one to the cart and attempt to check out I get an error saying "we are not shipping to your region at this time" and the process can go no further. I must be missing a setting somewhere but where? I've been through the product, attributes, shipping config, gift cert module...I can't think of where else to look. I have no problem checking out using the same address with any of my other products, it is just the gift certs...

In the Product Edit Screen, are the settings correct for Shipping

The product is virtual - Yes, Skip Shipping Address

Always Free Shipping - No, Normal Shipping Rules Apply

I am having the same problem.

I have gift Voucher set up as product:
The product is virtual - Yes, Skip Shipping Address
Always Free Shipping - No, Normal Shipping Rules Apply

why am I been asked to choose shipping options? I can not get pass without entering shipping.

Please help.

Sorry what I meant to say it is asking for payment method not shipping. I have plenty credit to purchase an item and on the way out checkout asking Payment Method

Any suggestions why it is asking please ?

What is the exact products_model on your Gift Certificate?

Have you an URL to this Gift Certificate that we can look at?
