Wholesale pricing, customers not showing, COWOA error

Hi there,
I have just downloaded and added the 'Dual Pricing - Wholesale Pricing' module to a newly created zencart (latest version). The pricing side of things seems to be working fine, but when I come to look at the customers (I created to dummy customers myself to test the system) I can't view them, let alone find the button to set their wholesale status...
The message which shows above the columns where customers details should be is....

1054 Unknown column 'c.COWOA_account' in 'field list'
in:

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Does anyone have any idea how I can solve this problem?
If I change the admin/customer.php file back to the original zencart one I can then see the customer details, but obviously with no box to put they wholesale permission number in...

Any help would be much appreciated...
