Hi guys I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8 when I check out with a test order I get the following error
1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ':c67a93707abd36d886c00bda2ad5b9cf LIMIT 1' at line 1
in:
[SELECT ratio FROM zen_sc_products_ratio WHERE products_id=1:c67a93707abd36d886c00bda2ad5b9cf LIMIT 1]
I have the product set to
Product Qty Minimum: 1
Product Qty Maximum: 0 0 = Unlimited, 1 = No Qty Boxes
Product Qty Units: 1
Product Qty Min/Unit Mix No
Please Help.

Sounds like a bug in whatever addon you've installed that created/uses the sc_products_ratio table.
The addon is trying to treat non-numeric data as a number..
